But if you use certain functions, we may collect and process personal data. This Privacy Policy explains which data we collect, how we use it, your rights, and how you can contact us.

3. Cookies & Similar Technologies

  • We use cookies (small text files stored via your browser) on Dinio’s websites to support functionality, ease of use, and analytics.

When you or automated systems access Dinio, we log general data, such as:

  • Dinio may offer a newsletter. To subscribe, you must provide a valid email address (and possibly your name).
  • We use a double opt-in procedure: after you subscribe, we send a confirmation email to ensure you consent.
  • We store the IP address and time of subscription for legal protection.
  • The data collected is used only to send the newsletter and manage your subscription. We do not share newsletter data with third parties (unless legally required).
  • You may unsubscribe at any time via a link in each newsletter or via our website.

8. Newsletter Tracking

12. Job Applications & Employment

If you apply for a job with Dinio / Adversign Media:

  • We collect and process application data (resume, contact data, etc.) for the purpose of the application process.
  • If you are hired, data may be retained for employment purposes in compliance with legal requirements.
  • If you are not hired, application documents will be automatically erased two months after notification, unless there are overriding interests.

13. Third-Party Services & Integrations

We use various third-party services, and Dinio may integrate:

  • Facebook plug-ins / social media: if you interact, Facebook may track your visit & associate it with your account.
  • Google Analytics (with anonymization): we use the _gat._anonymizeIp function for IP anonymization.
  • Google AdWords / Ads: we may use conversion cookies to measure ad performance.
  • Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter components / buttons: similar tracking behavior if you’re logged in.
  • YouTube / Vimeo embeds: your browser may connect to those services, enabling them to collect data about your viewing.
  • Payment Processors: If Dinio includes payments:
    • PayPal: if selected, we transmit necessary personal data (name, address, email, IP, etc.) to PayPal for processing, fraud prevention, identity checks.
    • Stripe: we don’t retain credit card or personal financial data ourselves; such data is handled by Stripe according to their policy.
    • Sofortüberweisung (instant transfer): similar data transmissions when that payment method is used.

14. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Where we obtain consent, processing is legally based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
  • If processing is necessary to perform a contract or pre-contractual steps (e.g. providing services), basis is Article 6(1)(b).
  • If required by law (e.g. tax, accounting), basis is Article 6(1)(c).
  • Otherwise, when necessary for legitimate interests (provided your interests don’t override), basis is Article 6(1)(f).

15. Legitimate Interests

When processing is based on legitimate interests, our interest is to run and grow Dinio, maintaining service quality, security, and user satisfaction, so long as it’s not overridden by your rights.


16. Storage Duration

  • Data is stored only for as long as needed or required by law.
  • After the needed period, data is erased or anonymized.

17. Requirement to Provide Personal Data & Consequences

  • Some personal data may be required by law or contract (e.g. invoicing, payment).
  • If you don’t provide required data, we may not be able to fulfill the contract or service.

18. Automated Decision-Making / Profiling

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that significantly affects you.


19. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time (e.g. changes in services or legal requirements). We will publish the new version on our website with a new “effective date.” Continued use of Dinio after changes constitutes your acceptance.
